I was the Chief Guest during this year’s prize giving day at Kihate High School where I was hosted by my friend the area MP Hon. Kabando. This school continues to perform well despite being a mixed day school. In the last year’s KCSE they recorded a 0.16points improvement to attain the mean score of 4.763points. 10 of the students also scored B (Plain) and above. The collective responsibility in the school by the teachers, students, parents, local leaders and the community at large has seen it continue to attain very commendable level of infrastructure, performance, discipline and cleanliness. I encouraged the students to work harder and better their performance individually so that the school eliminates D grade.
